The Aviation Hub Data Exchange is the connectivity layer of the platform. Your systems send fuel data — tenders, bids, tickets, invoices, price notifications, eDocs — to the Hub once. The Hub routes that data to every trading partner you've nominated, in the channel and format they expect. Inbound data from your partners arrives the same way, in your preferred channel. One connection. Whole network.
Six things the Data Exchange does
Aviation fuel runs on data — tenders, contracts, fuel tickets, invoices. Today most of that data moves over point-to-point connections, each one custom-built, each one a cost. Aviation Hub replaces those connections with a single, standards-based exchange that reaches every partner you trade with.
Built on open standards
Send and receive messages in the IATA Fuel XML today. IATA IS-XML and AIDX Fuel Summary are on our roadmap. When the standards change, our implementation follows.
Single connection, network-wide reach
One sFTP, web-services, or email endpoint between you and the Hub. The Hub delivers to every other partner you trade with. No more N-to-N point-to-point.
Multiple transport channels
Use your preferred channel: sFTP, web services (SOAP and REST both supported), or email. We adapt to your existing infrastructure — you don't change anything to join.
Format conversion (Premium)
If your data isn't in IATA / AIDX XML, our converter translates it. We accept XML, JSON, Excel, CSV, and plain text in either direction.
eDoc — custom payload routing (Premium)
Route any structured custom payload between your IT systems and your trading partners — over the same Hub infrastructure.
Encryption, audit, SOC 1
Encrypted in transit. Optional end-to-end payload encryption. Full audit trail. SOC 1 compliant. Your IT and compliance teams have what they need to approve.
