Aviation Hub → Data Capture Portal
Bring everyone on board.
No IT project required.
An airline-branded web portal where suppliers, refuellers, and into-plane providers enter four commercial fuel message types directly. No file format to negotiate. No backend system to maintain.
The Data Capture Portal lets any partner enter four commercial fuel message types into a branded web interface — Tender & Bid responses, fuel tickets, fuel invoices, and ad-hoc fuel requests. The Portal translates the entry into IATA Fuel XML behind the scenes and routes it to the airline through the same Aviation Hub infrastructure that handles automated exchange. Capture for these four message types is part of the free Basic tier.
Six things the Portal does
Web entry, no IT backend required
Enter Tender & Bid responses, fuel tickets, fuel invoices, and ad-hoc fuel request details directly into the web portal. The Hub creates the IATA Fuel XML and transmits it for you.
Excel upload as an alternative
Prefer Excel? Upload a predefined template and the Portal converts your data into IATA Fuel XML automatically.
Airline-branded environment
Logo, colours, URL — the Portal carries the airline's branding. To your suppliers, it looks and feels like the airline's own tool.
Approval workflow before release
Submitted data passes through a review and approval workflow before transmission, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Verification at the door
Each entry is verified against the IATA fuel code directory (Basic) and against your operational reference data when configured (Premium). Errors are caught before they reach the receiving party.
Full audit trail
Every entry, edit, approval, and transmission is logged. The audit trail satisfies compliance requirements and gives you an end-to-end message history.
Turn the long tail into Hub participants
Live in days, not months
The Portal is provisioned by the airline. Suppliers join with a URL, an email invite, and access credentials. No integration project on the supplier side.
Four message types, end to end
Tender & Bid responses, fuel tickets, fuel invoices, ad-hoc fuel requests — captured, validated, and transmitted as IATA Fuel XML over the same Aviation Hub.
