A path for every starting point

Some partners already exchange IATA XML. Some have electronic data in other formats. Some still work on paper. There's a path for each.

Connect once to the Aviation Hub Data Exchange. We deliver the data automatically to every other partner you trade with, in their preferred channel, on their preferred schedule. This is the Basic-tier path — no transformation needed, no per-message fees.

The Hub's data converter, part of Premium, translates your existing fuel data — XML, JSON, Excel, CSV, plain text — into IATA XML for transmission. Your systems don't change. Your partners receive standardised data. Premium covers the transformation; Basic covers the transport.

You have two paths. Suppliers can subscribe to the Atraxo ERP Business Apps, which generate IATA XML directly and exchange it via the Hub. Or any supplier or refueller can use an airline-branded Data Capture Portal to enter fuel ticket, invoice, tender, and ad-hoc fuel request data manually — capture is included in Basic for the four message types.
