Tailored benefits for our customers

Tailored benefits for our customers

We recognize that our partners' current processes and technical capabilities may vary. Some have already digitized their fuel-related data and look for a way to exchange this information automatically. Others might require a tool to capture these data and comply with the IATA XML data standards. Rest assured, we have a solution for every scenario, as outlined below.

Some have already digitized their fuel-related data and look for a way to exchange this information automatically. Others might require a tool to capture these data and comply with the IATA XML data standards. Rest assured, we have a solution for every scenario, as outlined below.

Scenario 1: Fuel Data are already available in IATA XML format

When business partners are already able to create and process IATA XML formatted documents, all it takes is to set up one connection to the Atraxo Data Exchange to ensure a seamless automated data transmission.

Scenario 2: Fuel data are available in electronic format, but not as IATA XML

When business partners can create and process electronic documents but lack the capability to comply with the IATA XML standard format, the integrated Data Converter functionality of the Atraxo Data Exchange solves this problem. Fuel suppliers and airlines can simply provide their fuel-related data in a custom format to the data exchange. Here, the data can automatically be converted into the IATA XML standard format and transmitted to the corresponding recipient.

Scenario 3: Fuel data are not available in an electronic format

When business partners lack the capability to create electronic documents, Atraxo offers solutions addressing both fuel suppliers and fuel buyers. Suppliers of aviation fuel can subscribe to the related Atraxo Business Apps, enabling the generation and processing of IATA XML formatted documents for all their customers. Alternatively, suppliers can connect to the Atraxo Data Capture Portal provided by their airline customers to capture fuel-related data for them.

Option A: Supplier subscribes to the Atraxo Business Apps

Fuel suppliers can subscribe to the Atraxo Business Apps which enable the generation and processing of documents formatted according to the IATA XML data standard. These documents can then be transmitted via the Aviation Data Exchange.

Option B: Airline provides access to the Atraxo Data Capture Portal

Airlines can subscribe to and provide their suppliers with access to the airline's branded Atraxo Data Capture Portal. Using this portal, suppliers can capture fuel-related data for that airline.
