Add Premium when your needs deepen

Premium adds format conversion (translate between IATA XML and your existing XML, JSON, Excel, CSV, or plain text), processing of messages that sit outside the IATA standards (price notifications, FX rates, market data, ad-hoc fuel request workflow, eDoc custom payloads), operational data verification, priority support, and platform analytics. You can move from Basic to Premium at any time — the integration you set up today carries forward unchanged.

Yes. Basic has no setup fee, no per-message fee, and no expiry. We make money on Premium and on the rest of the Atraxo Platform. Basic is the entry to the network; Premium is the upgrade you choose if and when you need it.

Then you need Premium — Premium includes the data converter that translates XML, JSON, Excel, CSV, or plain text into IATA XML and back. You can still sign up for Basic today and add Premium when you're ready. The connection you set up doesn't change.

Three IATA-standardised message families live today: Tender & Bid (FDSG), fuel transactions (FDSG), fuel invoices (FDSG). Three more are on our roadmap and will join Basic when delivered: FDSG Operational (Fuel Summary), SIS IS-XML Fuel Invoice, AIDX Fuel Summary.

Yes. The Data Capture Portal — airline-branded, web entry or Excel upload — covers four commercial message types on Basic: Tender & Bid responses, fuel tickets, fuel invoices, and ad-hoc fuel requests. Capture for these four is included; the Portal is provisioned by the airline you're serving.

Format conversion, processing of messages outside IATA standards scope (price notifications, FX rates, market data, ad-hoc fuel request workflow, eDoc custom payloads), operational data verification, priority support, and platform analytics.

We can help reach them. Atraxo's partnerships team works with airlines and suppliers to bring counterparties onto the Hub — typically by setting them up on Basic or the Capture Portal. Mention this in your "first use case" field at signup.

Yes. The Hub is SOC 1 compliant. Data is encrypted in transit. Optional end-to-end payload encryption is available. We maintain a full audit trail for every message routed.
